These Terms govern your access to and use of VERIM AI. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
VERIM AI provides a multi-tenant platform to build and operate AI agents across chat, channels, knowledge and automation. Features may evolve over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials and the activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no illegal content, no abuse, no attempts to breach security or other tenants' isolation, and no use that violates third-party terms (including messaging-platform policies for unofficial channels).
4. Billing
Paid usage is metered and billed against prepaid credits per the plan you choose. Free grants are provided as-is. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Third-party services
When you connect services such as Google Workspace, WhatsApp or Telegram, you are also bound by their terms. You are responsible for the data you access through them.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability.
