Account data (name, email, organization), content you submit (messages, uploads, datasets), usage and billing metadata, and tokens for third-party services you choose to connect.
2. How we use it
To provide and operate the service, run your agents, meter usage and billing, secure the platform, and support you. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Google API Services — Limited Use
VERIM AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. When you connect Google Workspace, we access only the scopes you explicitly grant (e.g. Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, YouTube) to perform the actions you request. We do not use this data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except as needed for security, to comply with law, or with your consent. Tokens are encrypted at rest and you can disconnect at any time.
4. Data storage & security
Data is stored in our database with strict per-tenant isolation. Third-party tokens and secrets are encrypted at rest. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
5. Data sharing
We share data only with the AI and infrastructure providers strictly required to deliver the service (e.g. the model provider that processes your prompts), and as required by law. We never sell your data.
6. Retention & your rights
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and disconnect integrations, by contacting us.
